WHAT IS A PRESTIGE TICKET?

Great question! While we strive to make all of our guests feel valued, having a Prestige Ticket is the way that Jensen Entertainment will roll out the red carpet (figuratively . . . for now) for you during our theatrical productions at the Black Cat Theater.
 

Our Chief Creative Officer (and often Writer/ Director), Brandon Scott Jensen will personally welcome you with show-spesific swag (which will vary for each production) to make your experience memorable. 

Prestige Guests will have reserved seating up front with special courtesy refreshments. You will also have access to our exclusive VIP Lounge where you will be served hors d'oeuvres before the show, have private seating during Intermission, and be the first to meet the cast after the show.

Additionally you will receive a commemorative one-of-a-kind numbered and personalized Prestige Ticket as a unique keepsake.

will i meet the entire cast after the show? 

As we always cast a diverse group of people, we cannot guarentee that the entire cast will be available immediately after a show to meet our Prestige Guests. However, we can assure you we will do our best to encourage as many of the cast as possible to meet you! We usually cast very friendly and proessional actors who tend to love meeting their fans, schedule permitting of course. 

will spesific dietary restrictions be met for refreshments/ hors d'oevres? 

If we are informed of spesific diatery restrictions (i.e. Vegetarian/ Vegan/ Gluten-Free/ Dairy-Free etc.) we will absolutely ensure that refreshments and hors d'oevres meet those needs. The goal here is for our Prestige Guests to feel as special and important as you are. Should you have such restrictions, please be sure to let us know in the comments of your purchase.

Can i take photos during/ after the show? 

As per the norm with most theatrical productions, flash photography is strictly forbidden during any show as it will interfere with the actors' performances. However, in the VIP lounge the cast will likely be more than happy to get a photo with our Prestige Guests after the show. This tends to be the best way to get a photo with as much of the cast as possible!

will i get to meet the cast if i don't have a prestige ticket? 

Again, while we cannot guarentee the entire cast will be available, they are absolutely encouraged to meet with other guests after giving our Prestige Ticket holders their due time.  

I ALREADY BOUGHT A STANDARD TICKET! CAN I UPGRADE TO A PRESTIGE? 

You may absolutely upgrade your standard ticket to a Prestige Ticket at any time including at the Box Office. The upgrade option is available in the online store for those who wish to do so before arriving at the theater. However, if the upgrade is made at the Box Office your keepsake Prestige Ticket and potentially additional swag may be sent to you based on availability (at no additional cost).

are my prestige tickets refundable?  

Refunds for any ticket, including Prestige Tickets are available before the showtime of the performance of that production.
